Hello all

I have just bought a heavy duty solid glass shower screen (two pieces) that need to attach to two walls at right angles, which in conjunction with the existing bathroom walls creates a full cubicle.

One of the walls that the glass needs attaching to is an old lath and plaster wall that has recently been plaster boarded and skimmed. I am a bit concerned that it will not be sufficient to hold the glass panel and will not be able to create a secure enough fixing.

Anyone got any good ideas how I can create a strong enough support for a piece of 10mm glass that is 900mm x 2000mm? Will a couple of hollow wall anchors be sufficient?

Grateful for any advice. Cheers
