This was emailed to me - no simple answer, opinions welcome!

My boiler's tap water heat exchanger gets sludged up and I have someone who cleans it about once a year for £80 when the hot water gets poor.
He has suggested a filter or flushing out the whole system or both, all of which are expensive.
What do you suggest?

Clearly he has been told the solution to the problem which is the power flush the system.

However he knows thats "expensive" but does not want to spend the money.

In that case he will carry on spending £80 every time it gets blocked.

Fitting a Magnaclean may give him a solution that enables him to clean it himself.

Ther is no answer to customers who dont want to spend the money to get their problems resolved!
