SMALL LEAK ON STRAP ON BOSS

hi, have recently fitted strap on boss to soil pipe with solvent weld,i obviously now cannot take off boss...but after leaving it for 24hrs to fully set..i see there is a small leak from bottom of boss ( obviously bad workman....me !...any ideas how i can solve the problem...could i use more solvent weld?..i also have something called solvent cement filler is that any good?..or would it be possible to just seal it with bathroom type sealant ?..any advice would be greatly appreciated..many thanks

Are you using solvent cleaner berfore glueing - many merchants don't stock it even though its essential for a proper solvent weld.

Clean the leaking area with the clener and try the filler.
