building an extension and want to put two rads in! Is it just a case of branching off from the nearest rad in the house? combi boiler in house!

More or less, but be aware that 15mm copper can only carry enough heat for about 3 radiators - so you might need to tee off from 22mm.

as above .. it is best to look for a little bit of 22 to tie into .. if this is not possible go for the 15mm and balence the system to suit the additionall workload . should be fine.
