MICROGENUS HE 32 MFFI - Condensate Trap

Hi,

Got a Ariston MICROGENUS HE 32 MFFI, but for some reason when you put the heating on, can guarantee in 5 to 10 minutes an error code will appear and shut the system down, error CODE A 77, meaning the condensation trap is full.

According to the manual, you need to have it 3/4 full. When putting back in and resetting the system it lasts for a bit longer until it needs doing again.

Really doing my head in now, any ideas? Only had it fitted last November, remeber when the plumber came out a week or so later to check everything was ok, he said he'd found a way of increasing the water temp on the Ariston systems, since then the problem has started.

Not thought much of it until now with the weaher changing and heating being used.

put a spirit level on the boiler. how straight is it

Its totally level mate

why not call the manufacturers out

Will have to, starting to do my head in now, other than that its a good boiler.
