im installing some new pipework in my bathroom can you get adapters from the old sixes to the new sizes my pipes are slightly smaller than 22mm and slightly smaller than 15mm

They can't be smaller than 15mm. If they aren't larger then they are 15mm and you have got some slack fittings.
