Black Spots on Tiles

Hi every1

i have had a new bathroom fitted, and we have notice little black spots appearing on some of the grout. it is only on a few tiles but a bugger to shift. it is mostly in the shower cubilcle. we have had ceiling light fans fitted one above bath and one above shower. we also open the windows (DG) sometimes when we are showering to let the steam escape. can anyone tell me if the spots are due to condensation or something else.

How to i stop this coming through. is it poor ventilation?

I think its microscopic germs.
Was waterproof grout used?
If you rinse after use it shouldnt be a problem.
I dont think ventilation is the problem.

i think waterproof grout was used i was away so got a couple of lads in. will clean it and see waht happens.

I've used showerseal with Forever sealant (antifungicidal ) which stops black mould for 10yrs

So far, so good
