Baxi 80e Combi boiler temperature cycling?

Power to the gas valve and thus heat output for both hot water and central heating cycles on and off every few seconds. PCB replaced, status lights working normally with no warnings activated. Is it likely to be a faulty replacement circuit board or any other suggestions?

Thanks for the tips, the problem turned out to be due to restricted airflow in the balanced flue, due to a dead bird being stuck in the end.

Confusingly there was no warning light showing.

May be there is a fault on the pcb and the dead bird in the flue warning system has malfunctioned.
