system as three way valve and ten rads
Had slight warmth for downstairs rads and hot water was not good. One upstairs rad is getting warm but no great shakes. Replaced boilerstat and uptairs pump.
Hot water is better but rads are pretty much the same. I don't know what to try next. Had to partialy drain the system to replace pump (upstairs behind cylinder). No air at all in any rads when recomissioned.
Getting conflicting advice including remove and flush or replace the heat exchange. The boiler doesn't want to fire for long. Is there a typical time between firing cycles?
How to i check the room stat? Shorting the contacts just results in a blown fuse.
Could it be the three way? could the hand valves on the ac need balancing?
Any help would be appreciated.
Id replace the boiler tommorrow if i was sure it was the problem.
