Try the flow switches they are crap and renowned for sticking
 
Could be pressure vessel then or maybe a leak in the system

Its like this: - If you dont tell us much we cant tell you much.

You could replace everything before you get to the problem at this rate.

Aside from that issue the Baxi Genesis is a crap boiler IMHO and the scrapman will pay you less because it says Baxi Genesis on it
