Hi, i am trying to install a central heating system in a small flat under my house. To avoid having another gas meter fitted I was thinking of using a Heatrae Sadia Amptec boiler. The flat is only 3 rooms 12x14 and a bahroom, any advise on the size of unit I might need (they do 4 6 9 11 and 12kw models) also could I run one of these units as a combi boiler for hot water as well ? perhaps i could use 2 units(as they are small) 1 for ch the other for water. I have asked the suppliers of these units and they fobbed me off saying they were not CORGI registered and could not advise me on CH !!! I may be wrong but CORGI looks after safe gas installations. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
