Glow Worm Compact 75e burner not cross lighting

My compact 75 does not cross light on the burner.It sparks and lights the outside 2 or so rows. then cuts off. (boiler lockour light up) when reset, about 5 rows light up, cuts out again, usually on the 3rd go, it fires up perfectly, and is good while the boiler is warm,
If it is left for 1 hour or more, I have to start the proceedure again...
I have had 3 different corgi dealers try and fail.. and a new PCB.. ANY IDEAS..
Been cut off twice by emergency Gas, 10% gas at flu,even though no gas demand, and turned off while out....

Do they sell Welsh dogs? Cos they know bugger all about boilers, obviously.
The evidence points to a faulty gas valve, or maybe pcb. You need a corgi, but one of the Boiler Engineer variety.
