access in tiled wall

I am trying to work out the best way to install access panels and doors in tiled areas-
1. access door required for consumer unit in tiled wall
2. access door required for stop cock in tiled wall
3. access for concealed cistern in tiled shelf
i know it looks crap to just leave a gap(ungrouted) between tiles around the door - does anyone have a good solution?

These work well for access panels, either grout as access will not be regular or use a matching coloured mastic in the grout gap.
