Microbore radiator valve

I would like to take a radiator off the wall and flush it out as its cold at the bottom.
There is only one valve that has 2 microbore pipes connected.
If I close the tap will that shut off both pipes? It looks like the tap will only close one of them.

I can take a photo of it if that helps.

you mean one of these undo the brass cap and screw the screw down

I dont have the bit with the screw.
