I have a problem with 1 rad in system. it will not heat up tried bleeding system still same. both pipes inlet and outlet are cold,outlet pipe heats up when bleed valve open then cools when closed. inlet pipe stays cold all the time. can anyone help plz.
Then the pin under the valve head will be stuck down, take the head off and tap the pin gently with a light hammer until it releases...if it won't it needs a new one. Sometimes the valve heads spring open aswell and force the pin down.
cheers ollski that worked a treat rad now hot but need to replace valve head as pin plunger is not opening fully swapped it with one from other room so at least the kids can sleep in the warm 2nite. tyvm for your help
