The best way to do it would be use the 28mm flow and return as the primaries and stick pump and MV in airing cupboard and pick up the heating circuit upstairs.

Atleast this way you can correctly configure the CF and OV.

I intend to do what your first bit says, but Im also going to make the system pressurised, so I can get rid of the CF and OV

Does that sound ok?
