Hi all

I'm sure this must be dealt somewhere in the forum, but I can't see it - so apologies. I am removing a laminate bedroom floor for a new carpet. The fitters says it's not difficult, but it is driving me mad  . I have removed the cork around the skirting, but with a screwdriver at the corner, it just lifts the whole floor slightly off the floorboards. It must be locked together, but is there a secret to getting the laminate up?? Many thanks to anyone in the DIY community who can help.

it can either be glued only click or glued click

however its laid get you fingers underneath pull back stand just behind the first join and break off a complete run at a time

If it is glued maybe best to use a small circular saw in square section

Thanks guys

Yes brute force is shifting it. I started with a wrench gripping the corner by the door and taking bit size pieces out until a channel was made, then snapping along this line. Many thanks.
