we have just decorated our spare room,it had a horrid dark green so i put some cheap white emulsion on it, when i was doing the second coat the green stuff started peeling off in places.
in order to strip it back to plaster then i assume pva it then paint it as normal-can i use
A. nitromores or some other stripper
B. a belt sander
C. something easier thats a trade secret
Thanks Ray

not a belt sander, more likely to remove the wall then the paint. and paint stripper is a nightmare personally,

i would just use a normal sander to rough up the walls, remove any old paint and make sure whats left is well on, paint thinned PVA to seal the wall and give the paint something to bond to and use a decent undercoat.
