Where can I buy ?????? photo included !!!!!

I have just moved home that has double glazing but no means of locking the windows in an open position for ventilation in the summer when the house is unoccupied, in my previous house the windows had a stay that the nose of the handle sat against in the open position and could be locked any ideas where i could purchase them. Sorry if I haven't explained it very well.
