what is the difference in a sealed and pressurised system

What is the difference between a sealed and pressurised system and why would you fit metal blank end to the rad replac a bleed nipple on a sealed system?

I think you mean sealed and vented which is self explanitory.

And I wouldnt fit a metal cap replacing a bleed nipple.

Do you have a problem?

Thre is no difference, also all radiators need a bleed nipple on any system.
