how can i tell if its a supporting wall?

I would like some help

I have concrete wall in my Kitchen about 1.5 from exeternal wall it doesnt go all the way to top of the house, it doesnt run across the length of the house my neighbours house has had it removed before they bought it and they havnt got an arch or anything to suggest it has an r.s.j
all the walls are concrete if that helps. it does have a bathroom above it.

Ah, it's the bathroom that makes all the difference...

Doesn't sound like it it is, poke a hole in the ceiling and see if any joists are jointed over it. If not and there's nothing else taking support from it, then it can come out. If in doubt, take a pic and post it here.
