Correct soil pipe connections

most soil pipe connections I have seen have the sink/ bath connecting in on junctions which are at the same level as the toilet outlet.

Can the outlets for the sink/ bath connect into the soil pipe below the toilet connection? as the outlet of the bath will be lower than the toilet outlet at the moment??

My new connections are below the W/C inlet but you need to be careful if you have opposing junctions; weather or not you have any will depend on your bathroom layout. BR’s cover allowable locations in these circumstances in order to prevent the possibility of cross flow.

thanks for help, found the building regs portal on the net which is pretty useful. Will staggar the connections for the bath and sink. cheers!
