pvc gas cupboard

I have a wooden fronted cupboard the hight of the front door, the top being for the gas meter (so obviously needs a gas key fitment) and the lower section is storage.

Does a pcv replacement exist for this? I have looked into it and can only find a single large door or a stable (front) door, both unsuitable for this.

Any ideas of cost from those in the know would be of great help also.
