Grinding / Polishing Edge of Concrete Copings

Hi

Just had some new concrete saddleback copings fitted and found that the edges are a little broken up / cracked in places.

Plan to rub these down. Could anyone recommend how best to do this by hand.

You can use a flap wheel on a mini-grinder. Or a carborundum disc for deeper gouges

But you will take the hard smooth surface off, and so the resulting surface will be more prone to dirt, moss and weathering.

Once you've done it, give them a good coat with some silicone water repellent
