How close can hot tub be to flue?

I'd like to install a hot tub next to our conservatory, but the central heating flue on the outside wall of the house will be fairly close to the tub. The flue's about 10' off the ground and will be level with the edge of the 3m square decking area that I want to put the tub on (it's about 3m from the conservatory).

Will the tub be too close to the flue? Does anyone know if there any regs about how far away a tub has to be from a flue?
