Appologies guys if this isnt in the correct section not sure if it went in here or under roofing,

what is the current requirement for insulation in a single storey extension with a mono pitched roof, will i be ok with 150mm rockwool ???

looking at 270mm min in fibre glass to be up to current regs

What would the equivalent be if kingspan was to be used?

about 140mm is roughly same to meet regs.

Used to be ok at 125mm asking for 140mm now ( only a rough guide depending on different grades brands etc) best to confirm with local bco but I know we are looking for up to 140mm now.Also depending on where in the roof space it is to be installed , as different applications have different u value regs.
