I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I hope someone can give me some advice.
I'm in the process of having monoblocking fitted to my driveway. The contractor has put a slight slope on the blocking which runs down towards the side of the house.
I would have thought any slope should run away from the house to prevent water running down the slope and gathering along the side of the house.
Could anyone advise me on what sort of gradient there should be on the driveway to prevent any problems from water running down to the house.
Thank you,
Tom
