night latch outwards

I want to fit a night latch to my log cabin and wondered if its possible to use one on an outward opening door?

Are they all adjustable if not what do i need to look out for

Yes they are available, your best bet is to pop down to your local locksmith as there're many difference type and for your insurance policy they may need to be kitemark BS3621 which will be on your written insurance statement. You could also use a mortice/latch lock instead(?) Don't forget to use hinges bolts as well.

thanks, i got a night latch and it was as simple as unscrewing and flipping the bolt over.
