Hi, Does anyone have any ideas on removing tile adhesive from block paving? It's dried in solid form and like a dust form which I've found very difficult to clean.

Welcome to the forum.
This is about your best bet http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cId=101513&ts=09952&id=12627
You might need several applications and it'll take some scrubbing.
