Slow hot water.

Good day.
The upstairs bathroom hot water tap as reduced to a trickle.
Down stairs Ok, both hot and cold ( and the cold upstairs ok).
Any suggestions ??

Could simply be the tap washer or cartidge in it, or possibly an air lock.

If washer etc ok try a hose from a cold mains tap onto the slow hot tap and back feed the cold mains through it.
