Hello, i am shortly going to have to get ceramic tiles off the wall but some are behind the pipes for the combi boiler. there is not enough space to just tile over them. How is the best way to get them off ? apart from carefully!!

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum. If you take the tiles off round about the area of the pipes, and leave the ones you mentioned 'till last, you will be able to chip away at them from the edges rather than get behind them.Use a small old wood chisel or an old screwdriver,or even a very small bolster and tap gently with a hammer. You'll be surprised how easily they will break apart, small bits at a time Always take tiles off carefully.Remember to use goggles, gloves etc. They are very sharp.

Roughcaster.
