I have fairly large, single glazed windows in my 1930's semi. Couldn't afford double glazing and was fed up of cold air/draughts coming from the glass and frame.

Bought 3 packs of the StormGuard, secondary glazing film from B&Q for £9 for the lot.

1hr's work later: nice and warm with no draughts! :D

Really surprised by how well it works. Great, stop-gap alternative to double glazing (as long as you don't want to open your windows again until summer, that is! )
