OKO Lavant - very noisy grinding

I hope somebody can point me in the right direction. Our machine no longer starts. When selecting the start switch it just makes a very loud grinding noise and no water appears.

If it's something serious we are contemplating buying a new one but the trouble is our machine is an integrated one. Does anybody know if these can be changed? Can I buy a machine and have it installed this way or are these integrated machines a particular size to fit the area? Can somebody please advise? Many thanks..
