The seat hinges on my "Roca" Toilet are a bit loose but I can't see how to remove/tighten them. The hinges are chrome plated and incorporate a "slow close" mechanism. The toilet is about six months old and was purchased by the previous house owner. Can someone help please?

Stainless steel cap over fitting.
These have a blind fixing (by that they dont have a nut exposed under).
Tighten screw for solid fitting

some roca seats should just pull off then you can tighten the screws and bang the seat back on
