vokera 20/80 flowmatic no heating or hot water

Hi all, came in earlier tonight no heating or hot water. turned heating on fan ( high speed) & boiler kicks in but no flame same with hot water. checked 3 port diverter v/v & boiler switch operate ok (visual).Will phone heating engineer tomorrow. does any one know what it could be. Thank you all.

Is the pilot light lit ?

If so is the gas valve knob in the run position?

yes pilot light is on have never touched gas knob. every thing seems to be working except the main burner

After this, if the boiler does not work, post the nature of problem

Thank you all for your help, boiler working now called in heating engineer, found 2 faults relay on the pcb burnt out (needed whole new board) &gas v/v switch shorting out. Thanks once again.
