Where to get seals for this toilet...

Hi,

I'm stuck, I've checked several DIY stores and I've not been able to find the correct items to fix this [crappy] toilet. I need the two rubber seals, the large one is visable in the photo below...

All I've got for you to go on is this photo, no other info about this type/make of toilet.

So here goes, can anyone help?

Just fit a new siphon. cheap to buy and less of a hassle
