Hi guys, I am wanting to lay some tiles down on 70% surface areas but need to fit some carpet in the remaining area. This wouldnt be a problem if I was to keep it all straight. The problem is, the border between the ceramic and carpet need to be in a unique curved shape. how would I come about cutting the tiles to that shape. Would I need to lay the tiles first, let them dry and then attempt to cut them? or would I need to pre cut them and then fit them.

I am a bit of a handy person and to be honest cannot afford labour costs for someone to do this for me likewise your help would be great guys.

Cheers
