Boiler cuts out/comes straight back on

Can anybody please help me. I have a Ravenheat RSF 25/25. When I switch on the HW or CH the boiler flame keeps knocking off and coming straight back on again resulting in a noise which i can only describe as a persistent "whoosh". It doesn't happen straight away - after a couple of minutes, I'd say. Thanks.
