worcester 230 wont ignite URGENT!

Our light on our boiler has gone off and my husband has taken off thefront and pressed the reset button and there is nothing, just a spark, He has taken it apart and he cant see the fan or anything. Any ideas on how we can light it again? or find out if gas going in etc...
Got 4 babies in the house and no hot water ot heating, please reply urgently!!!!

if the fans is running and there is a spark in the window thing

then I would hazard a guess at your gas valve, no easy fix a Corgi type job I am afraid

well, hubbie tried it a few hrs later and it lit up no problem. Just keeping our fingers crossed that it stays lit! thanks for the answer
