Potterton Combi 80 - little signs of life

My Potterton Combi 80 has just stopped working. The power light is no longer on. I have checked to power at the cable going to the boiler and this seems fine. If I switch off the power for a while and then back on again the power light comes on for a fraction of a second and then goes off again.

Any tips welcome? I have a multimeter if this helps...

Broken joints on the pcb.

Thanks for the tip. I will get someone to look at that - I thought it might be the prob.

Look closely at the pcb.
Last one I saw could have been fixed with a blob of solder.
