My friend and I cleaned a mattress today and carefully dried it with a hair dryer. Is it possible that a water mark will appear later?

Although your message is fairly old, I would be interested to hear if the mattress did develop a water mark and if so, how did you manage to remove this, if you did. I have stupidly placed a wet cloth on a new mattress which has left a water mark. I have tried a 50:50 solution of water and white vinegar but this has not been successful
