I've purchased a new property and the consumer unit is located in the lounge and i want to move it to the cloak room. I guess i need to get in an experienced electrician.
The move is not difficult as in access wise to the new location but could anyone give me any advice in what the job would involve.

What's the best method to extend the cables? Are junction boxes OK?
