Hi there
i have just moved into a flat with the baxi 105e combi boiler.
The sensor fault light flashes after a while, the boiler starts to heat up, but then switches off again, it does that a few times then some times starts up.
the rads still get hot, but not a constant heat.
does this mean the sensor needs replacing? is this a simple job?
any idea of the cost for this part and how much it would cost for me to get someone in to do it?
anyone on here in the corringham area of essex that can do it!!

If you feel able to carefully follow the instructions in the manual then you should be able to do it. Theres no gas involved and sensors are low voltage.

Any boiler job is best left to a Corgi so if you do have any doubts get one in.

hi there
thanks for the reply
you wouldnt be able to point me in the direction for the manual that shows how to do this repair would you?
