Hi, having problems with my Apollo Fanfare Si, It's clicking (I asume attempting to ignite) very cutely and through the small gap in an aluminium box under the main boiler, you can see a tiny blue spark about once per 2 seconds.

The pilot is lit, and if you move the aluminium box around a bit, you can get the main flame to light and there is a loud clunk. as soon as you let go of the box, it stops.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a bad connection in the flame rectification lead somewhere.

Once the pilot is lit the clicking should stop and the main burner light.

If it is clicking then it hasn't recognised the pilot is lit.

Thanks, we removed the metal box, and ran the system with the board visible (NOT touching ANYTHING while the system was running) and looked like the componant on the board which looked like a coil had sparks over it about once every 2 seconds or so, we disconnected and reconnected the cables to the board, which looks like this :

(No blue thing over the coils though =/)

and the system seems to be running OK for now.
