waterproof ink

can anyone help i laid my pen on my cream coloured material settee without the top on.(Stupid - I know) icon_redface.gif
It was only a small mark but when I tried to remove it with the famous 1001 it spread. icon_mad.gif
To my horror on examining the pen I see it contains waterproof ink. icon_confused.gif

Some sofas (notably IKEA ones) have covers available separately.

Ironmongers are rare nowadays, but they usually have some specialist stain removing chemicals, one of them may help.
