Baxi 105he loosing pressure

I have a baxi 105he instant that keeps loosing pressure. I have to top up the rads everyday now but to be honest it only takes a quick blast on the filling loop to get presure back up.

I did a little investigation today and i have noticed a drip from the pressure release pipe? I am assuming this is where the loss of pressure is going as i can not find any other leak.

Is the valave an easy job to replace ? Anyone any ide how much the part is ?
