Help with a Johnson@Starley Modairflow boiler????
Reply with quote Thanks

Hi,

Hope someone can help me.

I have the above mentioned boiler, and the pilot light had gone out for my hot water.

When I bought the house the woman did say that it happens now and again, but I can't remember for the life of me how to light it again.

There are 2 buttons and knob (for want of a better term) but as I dont know what i'm doing I'm not confident enough to start fiddling with it.

Can anyone tell me how to re-light the pilot????

Thanks

Keep pressing red button until it lights and then hold in for 20 secs.

Think you will find with that model you need to press the red button in light the pilot with a match and hold the button in for a further 30 secs
