aqualisa shower pump problem

have come accross this problem recently.
pump will come on when the shower is turned on
and dial is turned to hot position, but pump will not
work when cold is selected.
there are two manual air vents on the hot and cold
supplies to the pump. the hot side will vent, but no
sign of water on the cold supply to pump.
this is not a new install and has worked properly
in the past.

cold must be blocked then check it from the tank in loft

Not familiar with pump, looked at your drawing, its either a blockage in cold feed or does the pump have dual flow switches. Do you get any cold flow from shower?
