any difference between BS3535 and BS4573

currently one of my customers needs shaver socket with transformer,but i am not clear
the difference between BS3535 and BS4573,waiting for your experts view.

i think though im not sure that the first one is the transformer spec and the second is the plug type spec

im not positive on this though
