Type of Wall?

I was doing a EPC on a property today as part of my portfolio and came across a wall type I hadn't seen.

The house is a 1930s semi with a rendered wall and the house walls measured 360mm.

What would this wall be likely to be?

Could it be a 275 mm cavity wall with external insulation added?

I'm guessing it's similar down my road, they put 50mm insulation slabs over the external wall with wire mesh for rendering

Is this in Abbey Road?

I did think it was external insulation but thanks for confirming it.
